Appointment Policy
When calling to make an appointment, please make sure to mention to the receptionist if there are additional things you need, such as flea product, blood work, etc. This helps us to know how long your appointment needs to be scheduled for. We will do our best to see your pet if you have an emergency, however a scheduled appointment is preferrable.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort of make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, other pets and new surroundings. For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly restrained while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be in a carrier. This helps to ensure that we are keeping everyone safe.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Visa, personal checks and cash.
